Nybax –A8L-PEBA™ series

PEBA is a high performance thermoplastic elastomer. It is used to replace common elastomers – thermoplastic polyurethanes, polyester elastomers, and silicones - for these characteristics: lower density among TPE, superior mechanical and dynamic properties (flexibility, impact resistance, energy return, fatigue resistance) and keeping these properties at low temperature (lower than -40 °C), and good resistance against a wide range of chemicals. Application for sports equipment and high end shoe soles.

Polyester based TPE are high performance engineering materials that bridge the gap between cross-linked elastomers and rigid thermoplastics. They exhibit exceptional toughness, impact resistance, load bearing capacity, and low temperature flexibility.
Their creep resistance, flex fatigue resistance, and resilience make them suitable for dynamic applications. Chemical resistance to non-halogenated solvents, oils and greases is very good, even at elevated temperatures.
TPEE have the widest useful temperature range of all TPEs: From -55 to 140

Overview Characteristics of PTFE MICROPOWDERS

PTFE MICROPOWDERS can be used as an additive to improve lubricant and tribological properties of thermoplastics, paints, coatings, greases, and inks.

The PTFE MICROPOWDERS concentration can be 1% to 20% and the best characteristics are:

  • Excellent electrical insulator
  • Enhance abrasion resistance
